Objective

The course is designed for the participants to gain knowledge about familiarization, memorization, and reorganization of fragrant raw materials, advanced compounding methods for fragrances & flavours, and their application to different products at Level-II.

  • Odour quality evaluation and types of panelists of fragrance & flavours
  • Memorization & familiarization with fragrant raw materials for fragrances (Level-II)
  • Memorization & familiarization with fragrant raw materials for flavours (Level-II)

Natural Flavours & Their Flavour Creation

  • Rose

  • Application of fragrances & flavours in different products
